- Meet with the director and other FRESC volunteers
The meeting allows FRESC to get to know the candidate and allows the candidate to get to know the purpose and procedures of the organization. If there is a fit between FRESC's consulting needs and the candidate's interests and abilities the individual will be invited to participate in an orientation and other appropriate training programs.
