El Pomar Nonprofit Resource Center The Pikes Peak Library District hosts the El Pomar Nonprofit Resource Center as a place to learn about and to research grant-writing. Teaming for Technology (T4T) is a community project located in Boulder, Denver and Colorado Springs. Sponsored by United Way, IBM and the Corporation for National and Community Service, T4T seeks to offer technology resources to nonprofits in need. Their mission is to advance the use of technology among nonprofit agencies through coordination of the TechLaunch Grant sponsored by IBM, technology planning assistance, computer software evaluation and training, free and reduced-cost referrals for software, hardware, and consulting services. T4T also offers free computer software training classes at various times throughout the year in the Colorado Springs area. Check out the class schedule on the T4T website for further details. IT! is a nonprofit organization that provides information technology (IT) services to other nonprofit organizations in the Pikes Peak community. They also provide IT services to small businesses. Founded by IT professionals, they recognize the value and want to support what nonprofit organizations offer to the community. Their rates are competitive for small businesses and discounted or offered free of charge to nonprofit organizations. Colorado Nonprofit Association Formerly CANPO. This state-wide organization has valuable tool kits on the website for Lobbying and Media (look under Legislative Updates). Center for Nonprofit Excellence The Center for Nonprofit Excellence (CNE) promotes the effectiveness of the nonprofit sector of the Pikes Peak region through leadership and resource development, advocacy and collaboration. Nonprofit members of CNE enjoy access to training, discounts, and updates on issues that affect the nonprofit community.
